SPIN-HSV is a research project co-funded by the European Commission under the 5th Framework Programme for Research and Development. Its overall objective is to outline recommendations and guidelines for EU policies regarding the framework conditions for intermodal high speed transport. SPIN-HSV involves 22 partners from 9 European countries. It started on 1st January 2002 and has a duration of 36 months.
